The price was reasonable and my glasses arrived just as expected. The packaging wasn’t exactly premium, but at this price I wasn’t expecting a luxury unboxing. They did what I needed them to do, so I’d be happy to order again.

"Felt genuinely looked after"
I still remember sitting there with my rifle, going round in circles trying to figure out which scope would actually be right for it. I sent Ace Optics a few probably very basic questions, and they got back to me quickly with clear advice that didn’t make me feel silly for asking.
I went with the scope they recommended, and it’s been spot on. It’s one of those purchases where you feel relieved afterwards because someone actually knew what they were talking about, not just repeating stuff from the box. I’d happily go back to them again.

I had an issue and their customer service sorted it out really quickly. I’m usually a bit cautious when something goes wrong, but they handled it clearly and made me feel reassured the whole way through.
